FAQ

This FAQ explains what the system is, what you receive, Canva requirements, licensing, and delivery so you can purchase with clear expectations.

Is this just a bundle of Canva templates?

No. This is not a collection of one-off designs.

This product is a standardized marketing system: reusable base formats, shared structures, and defined usage rules designed to be applied consistently across services, campaigns, and team members without redesigning layouts each time.

If you are looking for individual, disposable templates, this is not the right product.

How is this different from buying Canva templates?

Most Canva templates are individual designs meant to be customized once and replaced.

This product is a standardized marketing system: shared structures, base formats, and usage rules designed to be reused across services, campaigns, and teams. The goal is repeatable execution with consistent output, not reinventing layouts every time.

What exactly do I receive after purchase?

You receive access to a complete, Canva-based marketing system that is organized by channel and use case.

Instead of isolated templates, you’re getting a structured library of reusable base formats designed to work together across:

  • Social media
  • Print materials
  • Email campaigns
  • Presentations and decks
  • Internal documentation and governance

Every included format is listed on the Full System Table of Contents, which is the authoritative index of what’s included. This allows you to validate scope before purchase.

After purchase, the system is duplicated into a Canva workspace you control, so you can access it at your convenience and reuse it indefinitely within your organization.

Why is the system priced at $649?

This is a one-time purchase for a complete, standardized system designed to be reused indefinitely inside your organization.

The value is in eliminating recurring redesign and repeated decision-making. Instead of rebuilding marketing materials for each service or campaign, you apply one consistent standard across everything you produce.

For most buyers, the cost compares favorably to ongoing design spend, repeated template buying, or internal time spent recreating the same materials.

Do I need a Canva account to use this?

Yes. A Canva account is required.

Canva Free is sufficient to duplicate, edit, and export the included formats. You do not need Canva Pro for the system to function.

Canva Pro is optional and may be useful for convenience features some teams like (for example: Brand Kits, premium assets, and advanced workflow tools), but the system is fully usable without Pro.

You are responsible for maintaining your own Canva account (free or paid, at your discretion). This product does not include Canva access or subscriptions.

How do my team members access the system in Canva?

After purchase, the system is duplicated into a Canva workspace controlled by the buyer (usually the owner or manager). From there, you have two common options:

  • Shared workspace approach (recommended for teams): Management keeps the “master” system in a shared Canva workspace and team members duplicate the formats they need into their own working folders. This preserves the master and keeps standards consistent.
  • Distributed approach: Management duplicates and distributes selected formats to staff or departments as needed.

You do not need everyone using a single Canva login. Access can be managed through Canva’s normal sharing and permissions based on how your team is structured.

Note: Exact sharing and permission options can vary depending on your Canva plan.

Who is this best suited for?

This system is built for home services businesses that want marketing to operate as an internal system rather than a recurring design project.

  • Owner-operators who want consistent, professional output without redesigning each time
  • Small teams running multiple services, offers, and seasonal campaigns
  • Organizations that value repeatability, speed, and control over creative experimentation
Does this include photos, project details, or marketing copy?

No. This system provides structure, not business content.

You will supply your own project photos, service details, pricing/offer specifics, and written copy specific to your business and campaigns.

The value of the system is that once those inputs are added, the underlying layout and structure stay consistent across everything you create.

Can I customize the designs?

Yes. All files are fully editable in Canva.

You can update text, images, colors, logos, and branding elements. The system’s value comes from reusing the underlying structure rather than redesigning layouts from scratch.

Are the margins, layouts, or elements locked?

No.

The system defines standards but does not technically lock files. You can change any element if desired; however, the purpose of the system is to eliminate repeated layout decisions by settling them once.

Do team members need design experience to use this system?

No.

If someone can edit text and images in Canva, they can use the system effectively without design training. The system is designed to remove the need for layout or formatting decisions during execution.

How does this help maintain consistency across a team?

All users work from the same base formats, dimensions, and layout structures.

This ensures marketing remains visually consistent regardless of who creates it, without requiring constant review, redesign, or centralized design bottlenecks.

How long does setup take?

Setup is done once—typically by management or whoever owns branding.

The time required depends on how much branding you apply (logos, colors, fonts) and how your organization wants to standardize internal usage. Smaller teams may complete setup quickly; larger organizations may take longer if they’re aligning multiple techs, departments, or internal rules.

After setup, your team can use the system immediately.

Does this replace the need for custom design work or branding?

It replaces routine, repeatable marketing design.

Custom branding or design work may still be appropriate for logos, brand development, or special campaigns outside the system.

Can I share this with assistants, virtual assistants, or contractors?

Yes, if they are working within your organization and creating materials on your behalf.

This includes assistants or contractors who support your business internally (for example: an office admin, a virtual assistant, or a marketing coordinator working for your team).

The system may not be shared with third parties for reuse across other clients or organizations.

Can this be used across multiple locations or crews?

The license allows use within a single organization.

“Single organization” means your business entity and its internal team operating under the same ownership and control. You may use the system across your locations, crews, and internal team members under that organization.

It may not be shared, resold, or redistributed outside that organization.

How is access delivered after purchase?

Access is delivered immediately after checkout.

You receive organized Canva files that can be duplicated into a Canva workspace you control, so the system becomes part of your Canva environment for ongoing internal reuse.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

This is a one-time purchase.

There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring fees for the product itself.

Are there any additional costs?

No. The product itself is a one-time purchase.

Canva Pro is optional. Some buyers choose it for convenience features like Brand Kits, premium assets, and workflow tools, but it is not required to use the system.

Any other costs are entirely optional and depend on your own marketing operations (not required to use the product).

Do you provide training or onboarding?

This is a self-serve product.

The system includes clear structure and internal documentation designed to make onboarding straightforward without live training or ongoing support.

Are refunds available?

Because this is a digital system delivered immediately, all sales are final.

Buyers are encouraged to review the full buyer-facing table of contents prior to purchase to confirm suitability, and to ask any remaining questions before purchasing so expectations are clear.
